All payments must be paid in full by January 15, 2024. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $199 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: January 15, 2024 and the start of the retreat will result in a total loss of funds paid. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit and any payments made are refunded in full).Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can find an abundance of trip insurance companies online and choose what works best for you.
